Terms and Conditions
GENERAL
1. I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.
2. Please provide a detailed brief regarding your commission (poses, expressions, etc.), preferably inside a PDF file.
3. I do not accept a commission that use another artwork as a heavy reference (poses are OK)
PRICING
1. All prices includes a simple background (color or pattern of choice)
2. Additional characters will be charged half of initial price each (eg. a couple bust up commission will cost $52/225K)
3. Additional fees may be charged depending on the commission complexity, background, etc.
4. Commercial usage will be charged differently, please discuss with me first!
PAYMENT
1. All payment will be upront and full. Feel free to pay before or after skecth
2. International payments will be done through Paypal and local payments will be done through Bank transfer or ewallets
3. Local payments are for Indonesians only. You will be charged international price if you are not Indonesian even if you have an Indonesian bank account.
REVISIONS
1. WIPs are provided during sketch phase, flat coloring and final confirmation phase.
2. Minor revision are be unlimited
3. Major revisions are free only during sketching. Afterwards, it will be charged according to revision complexity.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
1. Average turnaround time is 2-4 weeks
2. Clients will receive two digital copy; one with watermark and another without.
3. Final artwork will be stored inside a Google Drive folder only available to the commissioner.
4. Please make sure to save the file since I cannot ensure that it will not be deleted in the future.
5. I do not accept in-rush client to ensure result quality
USE
1. Feel free to use the results for personal use without credit, but please do not claim the commission as your own.
2. Commercial use will be charged extra (depending on use, please discuss first)
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
1. Using commissioned illustrations for cryptographic assets or Artificial Intelligent (AI) is strictly prohibited. I have the rights to the illustrations and distribution.
2. I include the commissioned illustrations as part of my portfolio. If you do not want the commission work to be feature in my portfolio, i can keep it private.
REFUNDS
1. If I am unable to complete the commission, a refund will be provided.
2. Once the initial first sketch has been provided, you cannot request a full refund.
3. Refunds are not guaranteed immediately, and a timeframe can be discussed at point of refund request.

Process
1. Send me a message (Email/Twitter/Discord) with your inquiries and references. It's preferable to combine your refs in a Google Drive folder! If your character has no reference (an OC concept) please make sure to give a detailed description and an image for their characteristics, if any.
2. I will start sketching your order and give you an update in 4-7 days time.
3. After the sketch update, you can make any changes before I send you the invoice.
4. After you're happy with the sketch, I will send you an invoice that need to be paid in 7 days time.
5. The rendering process will continue after the invoice has been paid.
6. I will send you an update with the work at around 50% progress. During this stage, you can make any minor changes or color corrections.
7. I will continue the rendering process. Please note that no revisions is accepted after this point.
8. After the work is finished, I will be sending the work through Google Drive shared privately (Please tell me if you want to use any other platform!)
